As expenditures are made, an admin fee will be calculated for each expenditure based on the admin fee  percent. These amounts are added to the pending admin fee of the project  .Each month the Admin Fees Register should be printed and the Admin Fees Update should be performed. This will take the pending admin fees & post these as permanent transaction against the project.
