col specifies the starting column of the field.
Right justified fields will be re-displayed so that they align in the rightmost column (as determined by col and xmax).
If col >= 200, it is interpreted as Millicolumns, which see for more information.
If the IMXF_PIXCOORDS flag is set (see xmax), then row, col and xmax are interpreted as pixels.
