ATE file transfer bug fix: When transferring binary files through the ATE auxiliary port, using TAB(-10,AG_SPOOLCFG), or a wrapper such as ATEAPX.SBX (or equivalent), the target file was getting an extra garbage byte on the end when the original size was one less than a multiple of 1536. In most cases the extra byte was harmless, but it was causing ATEAPX.SBX to report file transfer verification failure, and may have led to other more subtle problems. |
