1. Fix comma formatting bug in INFLD with negatives and HR (-,123.45).
2. Support ashell / ashw32 command line switch -ba to allow an alternate screen buffer file name to be used (instead of JOBNAM.BUF) AND to turn on automatic screen snapshots (i.e. same as SBR=INFDEF:|S).
3. XCALL CONDEV,DEVID$ under UNIX now checks first to see if the environment variable REMOTEHOST is defined, and if so, returns its definition; otherwise it returns the IP address if available, else the console device name (as before.)
