1. Fix several TRMCHR-related problems with tracking screen width which were introduced in 806. The primary symptoms were that 132 column mode didn't work correctly in VUE and EZVUE, and those programs didn't return automatically to 80 column mode as they should. Status line sizes now change correctly as the screen width changes.
