New INFLD type ||f added as variation of the existing ||F. Both force INFLD to use a fixed pitch font, but while ||F often results in a font slightly smaller than the plain text font (in order to fit within the internal margins of the edit control), ||f forces INFLD to use the exact same font as the standard A-Shell plain text font. (This is probably mainly of use in conjunction with multi-line mode.) Also, both ||F and ||f now apply to display as well as edit mode.
