You will have to allocate an auxiliary contiguous file to store the comments. A special program is provided (MAKMMO.RUN) to allocate the file and initialize it. You can make the file any size you like, since the INMEMO routine will inform the operator when it fills up. Another program (EXPMMO.RUN) can then be used to expand it. You will probably want to allocate a file that is large enough for the average amount of comments for each record.
