This opcode tells INMEMO to start the editing session at the position specified by the EXTROW and EXTCOL fields (within the EXTCTL parameter). Since these same fields are set with the ending cursor position on exit, and since you can exit from a memo with a function key whose value is returned, you can provide the appearance of popping in and out of a memo on certain function keys.
