Here are some pointers for tracking down problems and getting PDFX working.
• | When properly installed on a PC, PDFX appears in the Windows Control Panel ... Printers and Devices listing as "PDF-XChange Printer 2012." It is a conventional PC printer (although obviously not a physical printer), and behaves as such. |
• | Use Notepad or Microsoft Word or any PC program that knows how to print, and print to PDF-XChange. In other words, cut A-Shell out of the loop, and make sure that PDF-XChange is working independently of A-Shell. |
• | Go to the PDF-XChange Printing Preferences to see/change/control all of the same settings that you can control from A-Shell and PDFX. |
