The Windows version of the FORM ACTION command is nearly identical, except that it will most like reference a BAT file, using syntax similar to this:

<FORM ACTION="/cgi-bin/cgitst.bat" METHOD="POST">

The referenced cgitst.bat, if equivalent to the UNIX shell script described above, would be:
