Copy from Host to PC: Transfers a file from the host system to the local PC.

Copy from PC to Host: Transfers a file from the local PC to the host system.

Log to File: This menu item allows the stream of data being received from the host to be written to the local PC's hard drive. If logging is already in process, clicking on this menu again will close the file and stop logging.
