OP Valli Information Systems Member V Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 430 Caldwell, Idaho	another quirk today, used to be ashell would decide that a file name > 10.3 was probably a native file and not convert it to lower case (linux) maybe it occurred with this update ? A-Shell Release Notes Version 6.5.1662.0 (24 June 2019) ============================================================================ 1. Increase internal maximum filename.ext length for AMOS-compatible files to 72 for the filename and 8 for the extension. Previously the limit was 10.3 for ambiguous contexts (where it wasn't otherwise obvious if the filespec was meant to be AMOS-style or native-style), and 32.8 for MX_FSPEC conversion operations where the context was explicit. guess i need to update my system more often, can i get the most recent for el6 EFS ?
