I have just noticed this, and i dont believe i have changed anything on our server, and it is also happening in the field.

It seems recently, then when sending print output xcall spool, that all the linux commands are now echoed back on the ATE desktop. We do have verbose on, but thats so that the commands will load into the spool.log in 1,2.

Is there a reason for this, or something i can check to prevent this from showing?

Thanx.

This is a bug that apparently got introduced when I modified the UNIX spool code to log AUXLOC: print requests to the SPOOL.LOG file. (In the process of modularizing the existing logging code so that it could be accessed from the AUXLOC: routine, the part that captured the system response to the lpr command into the log file got broken.)

It should be fixed in the next server side update. (Maybe by tonight.)
