An end-user is getting this message when she tries to encode ZTERM with proper/confirmed codes. Any ideas on what she is doing wrong? It sounds like ZTERM is looking for a dongle, but I don't know why it would be doing that. Presumably, she just clicked on the "register" menu item. Thanks.

Actually, there were two good entries that explained everything I needed to know about "hardlock."

What's less clear is why, when I searched for that term in the ZTERM forum half an hour ago, I got "no matches."

Now, I run the same search again, and go right to the needed articles.

It seems to me that I've had this problems before: inconsistent results from "search." Is this a problem for other forum users? If not, we'll write it off to my sloppy typing. But if other folks have had similar results, I'd like to document it somewhere...
