OP Ty Griffin Member Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 494 San Luis Obispo	To install a new ZTERM code generator (requires dongle) on an XP machine: 1. Get dongle. The following steps are pointless without it. 2. Go to Safenet web site and download "hldrv32.zip." Even though that may not be the newest listing, it is known to work on XP. Unpack the ZIP file and run the .exe. This installs the drivers that will be needed by... 3. Go to Cool Stuff web site and download "ZTERM installation code generator version 3.2." Run. This installs the program ztpic2, which is the program that will generate the PICs. 4. An icon for "ZTERM PIC Generator" should have been installed in Programs. If so, run it. If not, look for and run the program "ztpic2.exe" which should be in c:\program files...cool stuff...zterm...etc. Note: As of 9/5/2012, Ty has a copy of both the installation files on his PC. If the above sites don't work for any reason, contact Ty.
