Yet another collection of patches is available. As with the previous ones, these are almost all for ASHW32 and nearly all related to GUI. As of this moment, only the A-Shell/Windows zip files are available (or you may prefer to try updating via the new ASHUPD or ATEUPD utilities - see the following link in the Windows Environment forum for details:

http://www.a-shell.net/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=000380

Full release packages will probably be available in a day or two.

Ok, i have just installed 987.0 (manually... not enough time to have a play with auto update yet).

I have been working on our scheduling program almost daily.. and today for the first time, the calendar control that stays static on the screen no longer fits into the area that i have defined... i know it grows and shrinks based on resolution, but perhaps something has changed in this area... screen shot available upon request.

Please advise...

(All else seems ok, but it is too early to test all features)

I have also noticed that adding the aui menu to the top of the dialog has now reverted back to the old behavior of adding a line or pushing the dialog down a line... i thought you were goint to leave that be unless altpos was invoked?

Probably all due to those 10 extra colors...

Seriously, thanks for the feedback - I'll investigate right away and report back to you.

The FTP login is popping when displaying files using xtext... it is pre-filled with our username and password, but it is not being recognized...

I just posted a 987.1 update which should fix the FTP issue. It also fixes a couple of issues related to adding dialogs to menus, although I couldn't reproduce the exact behavior you are suggesting. Can you point me to a specific example?

On the calendar not fitting, I went back as far as 985.2 and I don't see any difference in the display layout on the copy of your scheduling program that I have. Were you are a version prior to that? What resolution and display settings are you using?

Also, I'm curious whether you tried the ASHUPD or ATEUPD methods of updating. Either of those should give you the 987.1 update, and as long as we're in the troubleshooting mode, this is a good opportunity to get some feedback for them.

Ok, i have the latest patch... (sorry i could not oblige you on the update center... i havent installed the components yet)

The Menu is displaying as before... and lo and behold, the calendar fits in its little home! Perhaps something in that same logic... ?

The FTP is also working now.

Thanks... (those darn extra colors... )
