Can we shows network printers in the ATE printer selection list? (or does it already and we have done something odd on the setup?)

Currently the list consists of three types of printers:

1. The special built-in ones, like

2. Those with a PQI file in the ASHCFG: directory.

3. Those in the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers section of the registry.

I'm not sure where I came up with the idea to use that as the definitive reference to available printers, but perhaps it is wrong on incomplete. I'm certainly open to suggestions.

By the way, the Basic source code to the ATE configuration dialog (ATECFX.SBX) is readily available if you care to create your own customized version. I can appreciate that most developers have more than enough code to manage without looking for more, but it's also possible that customizing it for a particular application would be worth the effort. If anyone is interested just ask. (It is a Leo-based project, but ultimately its input and output is a bunch of registry settings, so you could rewrite it from scratch, even in a different language, if you were so inclined.)

Just someone noticed it was missing when they went form ZTerm to ATE. Your right they are the only two in that part of the registry, guess the network ones hide else where.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Printers > Connections
