Ahoy Capn,

I am getting ready to schedule our inhouse server for the "big" 6.0 upgrade, in addition to some field beta sites. I see 1248.0 is the latest full build. Is this OK to go with, or should i patch it or wait for another build?

Thanks.

PS: Is it worthwhile to start a "6.0" forum, similar to the "5.0" already up?

PSS: I see 6.1 is already up to 1311... i dont see release notes for these edits. Is this the "secret release"??

I think I would recommend installing the 1248.0 and then patching it to the latest posted level, which is 1248.7

As for a 6.0 forum, indeed I was just mentioning that to Ty last week. Ty?

6.1 isn't exactly "secret", but more importantly, it's definitely not a "release" (and won't be for some time). Most of the edits are just patches to 6.0 that have been replicated into 6.1, but I guess there is no good reason not to post release notes for those who can't help themselves from playing with it.

And voila, the Ashell 6.0 forum miraculously appears smile

A quick word to the wise, Jack has prepared new release versions of 6.0 ashell for RHEL 4.0 and 5.0 and above. (they are named accordingly)

Thanks again Jack.
