I don't think it did. So that's another project for the not-too-distant future. Without digging too deeply into it, I suspect that it is primarily a matter of creating a new pypn.dll using the python 3.7 libraries. It also uses the Boost_python library, so would have to be downloaded/built. Considering the age of several of the components and the build environment, I'm sure there will be all kinds of additional interesting surprises along the way.
