The latest version of COMPIL (edit 321) fixes a problem introduced in 4.9.966 (VUE edit 280) in which it would abort the compilation when encountering an included file that was being edited, but wouldn't report any error. Prior to 966, VUE didn't place a read lock on the file so it would not have interfered with compilation; now it does. (And as of 967.2, it reports the error correctly and doesn't generate a RUN file.)
