This escape sequence isn't unique to ZTERM. It provides an interface via DDE to Alpha Pacific's Co-Star Product. This escape sequence is actually two escapes. The first enables the following Co-Star sequence.

ZTERM relays the DDE command to the DDE Server named "COSTAR/COGENT". Once this application acknowledges the DDE command, ZTERM will send a carriage-return to the host. This is used as a flow control mechanism.
Please note that this sequence is not supported on Windows CE versions of ZTERM.
