Before using FTP file transfer, the FTP User-name and Password needs to be set using the Configuration menu. If you're not sure what your FTP User-name and Password are (they might be different than other passwords), check with your System Administrator.

Once the User-name and Password are correctly set, use the Transfer, Copy from Host to PC... or Transfer, Copy from PC to Host menu or click on the appropriate toolbar button. Provided the connection to the host FTP server was established, the transfer dialog will be displayed.
