ZTERM 2000 is supported in different ways depending on how you purchased it.

Direct from COOL.STF: Support is provided to registered via email only. Telephone support is not available for this product. Send your questions to rod@coolstf.com - we check our email frequently, so you'll usually get a response within 24 hours.

From a distributor: The distributor is responsible for supporting the product - you should contact them directly.

From your computer company: Contact the same person that provides support for the application package you use.
