Some of the terminals emulated by ZTERM 2000 have more than the twelve function keys found on a PC keyboard. Additionally, they also have special keys such as "Cancel" and "Execute" that also aren't on the PC keyboard.

ZTERM 2000 uses the "de-facto" standard for generating special function keys as follows:

Additionally, the Func key that is present on many terminals is generated by using the Alt key on the PC. However, the "Translate Alt to Func" option must be checked in the Options sheet in the Configuration menu in order for this to work.
